The middle of winter normally is a very quiet time for any forager. After all have most plants died off, or retreated all energy to their underground storage organs. Also the trees have switch into winter mode, with the deciduous trees having lost all their leaves and the evergreen trees having switched to energy saver mode. Yet there is a way to harvest delicious tree gold, even in the coldest time of the year. Find out how in the video:
