Every year after Christmas the same question returns: “What to do with the Christmas Tree?”. The straightforward answer would be to throw it away, or to donate it to a local zoo(if it is an organic one). But being fascinated with everything trees, wood and flavor I, of course, had a very different Idea: why not eat it? Find out how it turned out in the video:
